The Regional Government of Andalusia (Spain) approves the DECLARATION ON THE USE OF BLUE-RICH WHITE LIGHT SOURCES FOR NIGHTTIME LIGHTING (in four languages), elaborated with the support of  an international working group for the protection of the night sky.
